Regarding the “Change of Parking Lot Classification Between Science Building I and II to Teaching Area” — Follow-up Implementation Plan
Following the public hearing held on April 15, discussions with faculty and students, and further consultations organized by the student association with departmental representatives, the Dean’s Office has summarized the follow-up implementation plan as follows in order to carry out the consensus reached through communication:
- Transition Period
The current semester will serve as a “promotion and adaptation period” to help students adjust to the new regulations.
(During this period, only reminders and announcements will be given; no warning notices will be issued.) - Observation Period
Starting next semester, the plan will enter an “observation period.” The Dean’s Office will conduct irregular inspections and collect data on the usage rate of parking spaces in the area.
(Warning notices may be issued during this period, but no fines will be imposed.) - Dynamic Adjustment
After the observation period, the college will conduct a rolling evaluation based on the collected data. If a significant number of parking spaces remain unused, the college will consider reclassifying part of the area back to general parking in order to optimize resource allocation.
